Unique Selling Proposition (USP):
Mugs & Shot is unique for its Bar and Café ambience. Unlike most of the 
bars, what makes it unique is its club like environment mixing up with 
the café style. It offers wide range of foods and beverages and with 
additional, it gives hookah service too. 


Competitors:
Their major competitors are other brands which includes not only bars 
but other cafes too like Chai Break Café and Bar, Canteen Pub & Grub, 
Fabbrica, etc.


Target Audiences:
Their main target customers are youngsters including both teens and 
young adults. Being a Bar and Café style, they offer both service of a 
café and bar. Thus, making it suitable for everyone despite of their age 
groups.


Challenges:
Licensing is a big challenge

strategies including offers, discounts and other promotional methods to 
attract more customers and get them to know what’s unique in them.


Biz Model:
Mugs & Shot follows a Café and Lounge business model where, they not 
only offer services offered by the café but, they also offer an ambiance 
of a pub and offer alcohol and hookah in their service.
